The artist is Romano Felmang. I am the publisher of Comics Revue, where the art originally appeared. It is being used to illustrate the following articles: Romano Felmang and Comics Revue. The artist has given permission for use of this art, provided it is not altered and his signature appears. The character in the illustration, The Phantom, is copyright by King Features. The publisher paid royalties to King Features for the use of the character in Comics Revue. The illustration is used here to illustrate the magazine in which it appeared and the artist who drew it. Since the magazine reprints syndicated comic strips, no free-use alternative exists.
