Español: La chicha de Jora, es una bebida fermentada de maíz que se elabora desde la época preincaica. Preparada por las señoras chicheras, la receta se trasmite de generación en generación de madres a hijas. En esta fotografía observamos a una cocinera de chicha de la comunidad indígena de Hunuraky, una capsula del tiempo ubicada en el corazón de los andes donde aun sobreviven vestigios de la cultura prehispánica.
