English: During the period between 1968 to 1985, Canadian Armed Forces Admirals and Generals wore the common Canadian Forces rifle green uniform. The rank insignia for admirals and general were the same as they currently are for the Canadian Army (however not metallic), however, the uniform button used the Crest of Canada and not the badge of the Canadian Army.
