UBz: Reichsleiter, Bundesführer General Ritter von Epp bei seiner Eröffnungsrede im Hörsaal. Im Vordergrund von r.n.l. Stabsamtsleiter Wenig, Konter-Admiral Fuchs und Reichsamtsleiter Scheidt.
