For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild-Zühlsdorf Zü-Qu 16.1.1959 Perlondraht aus dem VEB Kunststoffwerk ACETA. Der VEB Kunststoffwerk ACETA in Berlin Rummelsburg produziert den begehrten Polyamiddraht, der als Kunststoff viele Verwendungsmöglichkeiten hat. Aus dem äusserst haltbaren und leichten Polyamiddraht werden u.a. Fischereinetze, Seile und Angelschnüre hergestellt. Der VEB ACETA bezieht den Grundstoff Aminocaprolaktan aus den Leuna-Werken "Walter Ulbricht". Dieses Aminocaprolaktan wird bei einer Hitze von 260°C polymerisiert. Durch diesen chemischen Prozeß entsteht die zähflüssige Perlonmasse. Durch eine Spritzdüse wird dann der Perlondraht produziert. UBz. Christa Knappe an der Streckmaschine. Mit dieser Maschine wird durch ein Streckverfahren der Perlondraht auf die gewünschte Stärke von 0,20 bis 0,90 mm Durchmesser gebracht. |
