En el costado derecho una figura varonil con vestimenta romana que simboliza La Elocuencia y sobre el lado izquierdo una figura varonil que representa El Saber , también con vestimenta romana, en actitud sedente. En la parte frontal del fuste se lee Rawson- Laus - Virtus - 1821-1890. |
