This was taken from rateyourmusic.com, a site which features many album covers and, furthermore, gives permission for these covers to be used as long as their website is cited (as it is below). This is used to simply illustrate the cover of a single, and is in accordance with the fair use rationale. There are many other covers of this nature on Wikipedia, and this one is just as "legal" as the others.
