Summary
editThis is a scan of an image of an overprint on a postage stamp issued in Batum in 1919-1920, and therefore in the public domain in the United States. The scan was taken from the image in Scott International Stamp Catalogue, Batum; since the stamp is public domain, the two dimensional image of it also has no copyright claim and is public domain.
