Rationale for use on wikipedia:	It is believed this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because: No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information since the image is of a copyrighted film. The screenshot does not replace the original market role of the movie and use of the image is believed not to affect the copyright holder in any way. The movie has previously been published but is believed not to affect the copyright holder in any way. The image meets general Wikipedia content requirements.
Resolution:	The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork.
Purpose of use:	As mentioned in the description, this picture shows the advantage that the directors mentioned of shooting in anamorphic wide-screen and of an actual scene which was noted to use "Deep Canvas" for the visual effects production.
