Note: F-86F Sabre in action in the 36th Fighter-Day Wing 1953 to 1956 (e.g. in Hahn and Bitburg, Federal Republic of Germany), squadron colors were: 22nd FDS “Red”, 23d FDS “Blue (medium; dark blue this F-86F!)”, 53d FDS “Yellow”, 32nd FDS ‘Green’, 461st FDS “Black”. The sister aircraft s/n 51-13421 of the 23d FDS was photographed at Giebelstadt AB (near Würzburg, Bavaria) around 1955. Deutsch: North American F-86F-25-NH Sabre, s/n 51-13426, 23d Fighter-Day Squadron, 36th Fighter-Day Wing. Hinweis: F-86F Sabre im Einsatz im 36th Fighter-Day Wing 1953 bis 1956 (u.a. in Hahn u. Bitburg, Bundeserpublik Deutschland), die Staffelfarben waren: 22nd FDS "Rot", 23d FDS "Blau (medium, dunkelblau diese F-86F!)", 53d FDS "Gelb", 32nd FDS "Grün", 461st FDS "Schwarz".
