Your 'references' are not references, they are just a list of external links. You need to cite them against the information they provide, so that it is clearly which source has provided what information, and how much of this remains unreferenced. As it stands, this could be just you telling the world about your organisation, which is inherently promotional (see WP:YESPROMO).

Women's Tennis Coaches Association
editThe Women's Tennis Coaches Association (WTCA) is an international professional organization for tennis coaches working with female players. Founded in 2015 by former professional tennis player and coach Sarah Stone, the organization provides professional development, educational programming, networking opportunities, and advocacy for tennis coaches. The WTCA's stated mission includes increasing opportunities for women in tennis coaching and supporting the development of coaches working with female athletes.
History
editThe WTCA was founded in 2015 by former WTA Tour player and coach Sarah Stone. Early leadership of the organization included former world No. 29 Ann Grossman Wunderlich, former WTA player Alexa Glatch, and former professional player and coach Nicole Kriz. The organization's original board also included Brian Thomson, Deborah Miller, Anni Miller, and Tammy Lee Anderson.
Since its establishment, the WTCA has organized educational events, conferences, and professional development programs for tennis coaches. Speakers at WTCA events have included former professional players, coaches, and sports science professionals such as Billie Jean King, Lindsay Davenport, Justine Henin, Mary Pierce, Gigi Fernández, Kathy Rinaldi, Nick Bollettieri, Robert Lansdorp, Mark Kovacs, and Judy Murray.
Partnerships and Conferences
editThe WTCA has collaborated with tennis coaching organizations including the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) and the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) on educational initiatives, webinars, and coaching programs.
In partnership with the PTR, the WTCA hosted its inaugural conference dedicated to coaching female tennis players in New York City on 26–27 August 2017. The conference, titled The Art and Science of Coaching Female Players, featured presentations from coaches, former professional players, sports psychologists, and sports science professionals.
The PTR later recognized the WTCA with its Partner of the Year Award in 2019.
Activities
editThe WTCA provides educational resources, networking opportunities, mentoring initiatives, and professional development programs for tennis coaches. The organization has identified the underrepresentation of women in tennis coaching as a key issue and has developed programs intended to support the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women coaches within the sport.
Awards and Scholarships
editThe WTCA established the Andrew Florent Spirit of Coaching Award in memory of former professional tennis player and coach Andrew Florent. The award recognizes contributions to coaching and service within the tennis community. Recipients have included Nicole Pratt, David Witt, and Maxim Filippov.
In 2019, the WTCA established the Jolene Watanabe Scholarship, which was created by Sylvain Elie, Sarah Stone, and Ann Grossman Wunderlich, with additional support from Tammy Anderson and Marianne Werdel. The scholarship provides financial assistance to tennis coaches pursuing professional development opportunities.
