Shadyantra is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language crime thriller teleplay directed by Ganesh Yadav and written by Suresh Jayram. Produced by Shailja Kejriwal under Zee Theatre, it premiered on ZEE5 on 18 December 2022. The teleplay stars Hina Khan, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Sumukha, and Anang Desai.[1]
Plot
editNatasha Malhotra Tiwari, the heiress to a construction business, lives with her husband Rohan Tiwari. Their lives take a turn when a murder triggers a police investigation.
As the inquiry unfolds, multiple suspects emerge, each harbouring hidden motives. The case gradually reveals layers of deception, ambition, and personal conflict.[2]

editShadyantra received generally negative reviews from critics. Shaheen Irani of OTTplay rated the teleplay 1 out of 5, describing it as "overdramatic theatrics" and criticising its performances and lack of suspense.[8]
Archika Khurana of The Times of India gave it a rating of 2 out of 5, noting its predictable narrative and weak execution, and writing that it "fails to hold your attention".[9]
