Draft:Jyrki Hämäläinen

  • Comment: Just for the record, this was declined six (!) times, then rejected (!!), then resubmitted regardless, and has been declined another three times since the rejection. DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:55, 15 January 2026 (UTC)
  • Comment: Unfortunately this article is not yet ready for acceptance. The core issue is notability with sourcing under Wikipedia's definitions. The main pathway, in terms of criteria, is WP:BASIC, which could fulfilled in several ways but in this case it would probably be three newspaper profiles of the subject, in-depth and covering the subject's life/career. At the moment, the nearest is the interview with Itäväylä, and that is a mix of interview and editorial. Interviews do not count here, since it's not what the subject says, it is what other people say about the subject. The two reviews of the book may help, but that's not specifically referenced in the article, so the sourcing/notability issue remains on the table for now.
