dB's is a music venue, recording studio, and rehearsal space in the Dutch city of Utrecht.[1]

In 1994, Paul de Brabander opened eight rehearsal studios under the name dB's in the building of the former Kagenaar factory at Jekerstraat 82 in Utrecht.[2][3] Two years later, Studio Moskou, the recording studio of Silvia Vermeulen, also opened in the same building, hosting artists such as Within Temptation and Spinvis for their album recordings.[1][4][5]

In 2003, dB's relocated to the CAB (Centraal Autoherstel Bedrijf) complex on Cartesiusweg, a former car factory and bus depot in a 1949 municipal monument designed by Sybold van Ravesteyn, which by then was owned by Dutch railway operator NS.[6] After a major renovation, dB's opened 17 rehearsal studios, a bar, a concert hall, and a recording studio at the new location. In 2006, the Dutch Pop Academy also moved into the building. The music venue, programmed by Jeroen Boekhorst, hosted early performances by artists such as Kensington, John Coffey, and Blaudzun.[4]

Due to redevelopment plans for the Cartesiusdriehoek area, dB's moved to Vlampijpstraat in 2025, into the building of former party center Perla Palace.[7]
